Misty River Optimal Organizations (MRO²) combines academic organizational science with experiential learning through high impact experiences uniquely tailored to support our clients through our mission:

Misty River's comprehensive approach to designing programs for our clients integrates:

Through our MRO² Optimal Team Programs our clients can engage in four core courses: Communications, Shared Responsibility, Team Dynamics, and Trust combined with MRO² Experiential Programs in TeamCrew™, CullinaryTeaming™ and TrueNorth™. A course curriculum can also be designed from over 80 specialized modules originating from the Center for Organizational Design through 360 Solutions, Inc.

Through the MRO² Executive Retreat Program our clients' leadership can participate in an integrated program of facilitated and/or self-directed Strategic Planning and Leadership Development. Sessions complemented by high performance team rowing, the cullinary arts and rogaining. These can take place at a private retreat or conference resort.
