YPSILANTI , MICHIGAN -- March 23, 2004 --Misty River Optimal Organizations, Inc. has selected Eagle Crest Conference Resort as its premiere hosting venue in the Midwest. Misty River Optimal Organizations, Inc. (MRO2) is a leadership and team development firm, headquartered in Aquia Harbour , Virginia , providing high impact courses and team experiences, assessments, and strategic planning facilitation to a wide range of organizations.
Misty River offers a variety of courses with a primary focus on communications, team dynamics, trust, shared responsibility and the impact of optimal health in the workplace. This curriculum is reinforced by high impact team building experiences in Sweeps Rowing, and activities including golf and orienteering.

MRO2 held a focus sessions with university, civic, and business leaders to test feasibility for introducing sessions in the area. "Testing the Waters" courses were held for local client teams in 2003 to finalize the dynamics of the program.
MRO2 Programs are offered for groups of six to fifty. Multiple sessions can be arranged to meet the needs of larger groups. Programs are offered year round, with reserved indoor rowing in cooperation with the Wyandotte Boat Club.
